What software can i use for handwriting to appear on the computer screen?

I've got a graphics tablet and i want some software that i can use to have my writing come up on screen, sort of like word but with my own handwriting and not paint as i want to be able to use lots of pages rather than tons of different documents. Can anyone tell me if there is any software that i can download to help me do this.
