What are some interactive learning software products for adults?

I've been using Rosetta Stone to learn Spanish with much success, and I would like to educate myself on a variety of subjects such as math, science, and more. I find that Rosetta Stone's interactive style works perfectly for me (they call it the "Dynamic Immersion method"). It's very difficult for me to learn by simply reading. Is there interactive software similar to Rosetta Stone for subjects other than language? What are some interactive learning software products for adults?Add our product to the list: Dexway. Interactive online with 24/7 in-course voice-chat instructors included (web cam optional if you want it).

Oh, and the new social learning feature that's coming out is nice. You can practice with others with a coach handy.
