In travel agencies, what software do consultants use to respond to customer queries? For example, when you ring up a travel agency and say I want to travel to Place X, how does the consultant find my best options? Do they search for supplier websites for prices or do they have a centralized database containing all the airline prices so they can get the best price straight away?
