What do you have to study or what kind of experience do you have to have in order to get an entry position as a product manager in the software / new media industry?
Thanks!How does one become a software product manager?Some people will bluff in to being a software manager, but the right way would be to take up some computer classes, or get a degree then start as computer programmer (so that you know how software is developed) and in a few years you could migrate to being a product manager (with or without the help of some management course from you local/partime college).
